Professional, personable and easy to deal with

As buyers, we found Tim easy to deal with. Tim is well established and known in the area and has a thorough knowledge of Torquay. He was low key but very professional, personable and accommodating, responsive and prompt to answer our enquiries. Excellent agent - offers before the first opening!

Brett took the time to chat to us about the sale process, being the first time we had sold there were no silly questions for him. He knew the local area and best pricing for our home, offered great advice for a quick sale (which it indeed did sell quickly!) We were in contact with Brett and his team throughout the sale process when we needed to be and sold within a week of listing, above our asking price.
