This comfortable two bedroom unit is situated in a great spot, directly across the road from Cosy Corner. Located on the second floor this apartment features an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with a large digital TV (incl basic Foxtel package), DVD & split system for heating & cooling. The well equipped kitchen consists of both electric & gas appliances and the combined laundry and bathroom contains washing machine, shower with infant bath and separate toilet.

Also featured is a balcony, with ocean glimpses, overlooking a fenced courtyard (with a hammock) and for entertaining all year around there is a gas BBQ and outdoor setting for eight on the north facing deck. The master bedroom includes a queen sized bed and the second bedroom provides two king singles. There is a single lockup garage plus one extra parking space. For the active holiday makers the apartment contains free use of boogie boards, paddle ski and wetsuits.
