A five minute walk has you at Jan Juc’s surf beach and the Torquay Golf Course is also located within easy walking distance. Upstairs you will find polished floorboards throughout, a modern open plan kitchen with gas cook top, electric wall oven & dishwasher and an open plan dining and living area with large flat screen TV, a games table and plenty of seating.

Three of the bedrooms are also situated upstairs along with the large central bathroom and separate laundry.
There is plenty of access to the generous deck that wraps around the house and the option of entertaining outside with BBQ and large outdoor setting provided. Downstairs you will find a separate double bedroom and a spacious fenced yard with a spring free trampoline for children. There is brivis ducted heating and a newly installed split system to compliment this immaculate home.

We will be taking a minimum 5 night stay from Monday, December 26th.  From which we will take 7 night minimum, Saturday to Saturday bookings, resulting in the following holiday slots:

Mon, Dec 26th – Sat, Dec 31st (5 night minimum)
Sat, Dec 31st – Sat, Jan 7th (7 night minimum)
Sat, Jan 7th – Sat, Jan 14th (7 night minimum)
Sat, Jan 14th – Sat, Jan 21st (7 night minimum)
Sat, Jan 21st – Sat, Jan 28th (negotiable)
