With a double lock-up garage and internal access, downstairs this property includes a good sized fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and sunlit open plan lounge/dining area equipped with large digital TV, DVD player and CD player. There is also a paved outdoor area with outdoor setting for six and gas BBQ for outdoor entertaining and with easy access to the kitchen.
The master bedroom, also downstairs, has a queen bed and ensuite with shower, toilet and separate laundry.

Heading up the stairs you will come into the second living area, again with TV and DVD player. Off this living zone there is ocean views from all angles and a nice sized balcony. The second & third bedrooms are also situated upstairs and include another queen bed and two singles. These rooms are serviced by the main bathroom that includes a bath.
This lovely holiday home sleeps six but also provides a couple of spare mattresses for the unexpected guest.

We will be taking a minimum 5 night stay from Monday, December 26th. From which we will take 7 night minimum, Saturday to Saturday bookings, resulting in the following holiday slots:

– Mon, Dec 26th – Sat, Dec 31st (5 night minimum)
– Sat, Dec 31st – Sat, Jan 7th (7 night minimum)
– Sat, Jan 7th – Sat, Jan 14th (7 night minimum)
– Sat, Jan 14th – Sat, Jan 21st (7 night minimum)
– Sat, Jan 21st – Sat, Jan 28th (negotiable)
