This quaint two storey Jan Juc beach house is positioned perfectly for the keen surfer come beach goer. Only a few minutes walk to the beach this property sleeps eight people and includes two bathrooms. The main floor upstairs includes a basic kitchen/meals area, bathroom with shower over bath, lounge with TV, main bedroom with a double bed and second bedroom with two single divans. There is also a deck that extends from this main living area.

Downstairs is a large open plan area that includes sleeping arrangements for a further four people with a double bed and set of single bunks and a single sofa. Also included downstairs is the second bathroom with shower, second toilet and laundry facilities.

This budget style holiday house is ideal for a summer stay by the beach and is situated on a tranquil bushy block with BBQ facilities included and single carport.

We will be taking a minimum 5 night stay from Monday, December 26th. From which we will take 7 night minimum, Saturday to Saturday bookings, resulting in the following holiday slots:

– Mon, Dec 26th – Sat, Dec 31st (5 night minimum)
– Sat, Dec 31st – Sat, Jan 7th (7 night minimum)
– Sat, Jan 7th – Sat, Jan 14th (7 night minimum)
– Sat, Jan 14th – Sat, Jan 21st (7 night minimum)
– Sat, Jan 21st – Sat, Jan 28th (negotiable)
