Meet Jessica Standfield

Filled with a wealth of experience and knowledge, Jessica is an integral contributor to the McCartney team. With nearly twenty years dedicated to the real estate sector, her expertise covers a range of areas, encompassing administration and advertising, permanent and short term property management, and her current position as our human resources and office manager.

Patient and poised, Jessica’s priority is to develop and maintain a progressive and cohesive work culture. Directly engaged with recruitment and on-boarding, she ensures that each employee is strategically selected to reflect and represent the business’s ethos. Her organised, conscientious and intuitive nature are all essential in aiding her to nurture both professional and personal development, as well as unlocking the complete potential of each staff member.

Outside of work, Jess loves keeping active; spending time at the gym or running along the esplanade and enjoying the long summer days with her kids at the beach. She is an active member of the local community, playing and supporting various sporting teams, from the Torquay Netball Club to her son’s basketball team.
